Sweet and Short Reviews: The King of Staten Island (2020)

Welcome to my Sweet and Short Reviews blog! This blog is all about reviewing my favorite movies, music, and whatever I am into lately. Or whatever my beautiful wife or two little daughters are into. I like to keep the reviews sweet and short and not so serious. Hit that follow button WordPress people and I’ll for sure follow you back. I most definitely appreciate you reading this blog. Now sit back, relax, and enjoy the review.

Today’s review is on Pete Davidson’s and Judd Apatow’s The King of Staten Island. This comedy/drama is pretty much about Pete Davidson’s life and upbringing. Which includes the loss of his father and his battle with depression.

I gotta say I really enjoyed this movie and think Pete Davidson has really outdone himself. The movie is really funny and at the same time refreshingly unique. To make this review ultra sweet and short, I definitely recommend checking out The King of Staten Island when you get the chance. Oh, and real quick, shout out to Bill Burr who is in this movie and absolutely smashes it. If you don’t know who Bill Burr is, he is a super funny stand-up comedian and actor.

In my book, The King of Staten Island is a different yet very funny flick. Feel free to give this review a massive like, and comment what you think of The King of Staten Island.
